Tinctures provide micronutrients for the organs of the body. These can be used to stimulate a sluggish organ, help it detoxify more efficiently, or encourage healthier tissue in the process of cell renewal.

Tinctures are really useful for short or long term problems giving the extra food your organs need to keep them in balance. Dilute 5 drops into water 3 times a day for a boos or detoxing or to promote new cell growth. 5 drops into water once a day/every few days as a preventative. Some tinctures, such as Echinacea, should not be taken for a long time without the body having a break from them now and again.
