Iron (Wholefood) is a gentle non-constipating and bioeffective bound form of iron that follows food metabolic pathways and is contained in an easy-to-take capsule. Wholefood Iron is made from hydroponically-grown brassica (a member of the broccoli family) and is suitable for vegans.

Ingredients:

Hydroponically-grown crucifeous vegetable (Brassica Juncea) providing Iron, capsule shell (Vegetable Cellulose).

Suggested Intake:

1-3 capsules daily, or take as directed by a practitioner.

Suitable for:

Vegetarians and vegans and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.

Contraindications:

It is not recommended that men and post-menopausal women supplement with iron unless recommended to do so by a doctor or practitioner. Iron, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
